Account

To create an account, click Account in the upper right corner on any page. You will see Create Account under the log in section and will be able to create your profile, save shipping and billing information, and view past orders. If you have forgotten your account password, please click "forgot password" when signing in to reset your password.

Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of being placed. 

Please note that the curent expected Shipping Date for our A/W21 Collection is September 20th, 2021.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. If you have a customer account with us, you can track the status of all of your orders in your account. When your orders ships out, you will receive a tracking number.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via mobile).

Domestic orders: All prices on our website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value at checkout. 

International orders: the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and payable by the customer.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at HELLO@MARGOT92.COM. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.

Shipping

Domestic Orders 

Complimentary standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Orders for expedited (2-5 day) or (1-2) shipping are available for an additional charge at checkout. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. 

International Orders

We offer express shipping at a flat rate of $30. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Return & Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

In order to return an item, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page, located in the footer of the website.

In order to return an international order, please reach out to hello@margot92.com. We will provide a return shipping label for you to use for shipment. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Orders can only be returned via DHL Express. If you do not have access to DHL Express, returns can not be accepted.

If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes (if applicable) will be refunded. For International orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MARGOT92.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund. Any return requested after 30 days will be denied.

US orders: Orders placed before 1:00 pm (EST) will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the order has been shipped for tracking. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Free Standard Shipping Delivery: 5-8 working days 

Express Shipping Delivery in 2-3 working days: $25

International Orders: International DHL Express Shipping times vary per country. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for International orders.
